What: Q-Vert Reporting version upgrade.
When: Wednesday, Sept 17 at 8:00 PM ET / 5:30 AM IST Sept 18. The downtime is expected to last 2 hours.
Why: This maintenance is to upgrade the Jasper Reporting version for security and long term versioning support.
Impact: Q-Vert Reporting application will be temporarily offline and inaccessible. ***Q-Vert Reporting ONLY*** Claims will remain on line. No impact to RescueNet Systems.
Expected downtime is 2 hours or less.
